We make fruit based snacks under your own brand: leather bars, balls, roll-ups, shapes and pieces, chocolate enrobed fruit and packaged dried fruit. Recipes can be formulated for specific age groups and for the claims you want the pack to carry. We pack as well as produce, so what arrives is a finished, shelf ready product.
Leather fruit bars
All natural, fruit based bars made from pressed and dried fruit. Child friendly, and blendable with vegetables where you want them in the recipe.
Balls
Every recipe can be reformulated. Coatings such as coconut, and fruit and nut centres, are specified to your brief.
Fruit roll-ups
Fruit purée sheeted and rolled. Soft, pliable texture with concentrated flavour and high fruit content. Single-fruit or blended, with sheet thickness, roll length and weight specified to your brief.
Fruit shapes
Fruit purée formed into defined shapes for kids' snacking, lunchbox formats and novelty lines. Shape, dimension and fruit content are specified rather than inherited from the raw fruit.
Chocolate-coated fruit
We can coat freeze-dried, infused and naturally dried fruit, depending on what the product needs to do. Freeze-dried centres give a light, crisp bite that snaps against the coating. Infused fruit stays soft and juicy under it. Naturally dried gives a chewier, more traditional centre.
