Our factories in Turkey are pioneers in producing a wide range of Canned Foods, including Agricultural Products, Sauces & Condiments. Each facility is highly specialised and have high-capacity production strategically located near key agricultural areas and a major seaport, which enable the use of carefully selected fresh ingredients to deliver premium, flavourful products to our partners all around the world.

Capers

Capers are the buds of Caper flowers and Caper Berries are the fruit of the same plant. Capers and Caper Berries can be served with seafood, meat, salads, pasta and other meals per customers’ taste.

Pepper Varieties

We process Jalapeno, Red Topa Peppers, Capia Peppers, Macedonian Peppers, Lombardi Peppers and Pepperoncini as well as other different varieties. Offered in Whole, Ring, Strip or Diced forms.

Sun Dried Tomatoes

We produce standard moist, high moist, and semi-dried tomatoes, as well as marinated recipes such as paste, mixed with spices, olives, and bruschetta topping with different combinations.

Mediterranean Ready Meals

This category includes Stuffed Vine Leaves, Stuffed Peppers, Hummus, Roasted Aubergine, Fried Aubergine, and Giant Beans in Tomato Sauce. All recipes prepared in season and can be tailored.

Pickled Vegetables

Giardiniera (mixed pickled vegetables) and single variety vegetable pickles are produced from seasonal vegetables. These are typically developed according to Mediterranean recipes.

Other Products

Our additional lines include artichoke hearts, garlic in brine, pickled beetroot, boiled chickpeas, broad beans, which are produced from seasonal vegetables. Other vegetables can also be sourced in season.

Tomato and Pepper Pastes are traditional products which has a common use in Anatolian and Mediterranean cuisines. Our pastes are produced from seasonal and fresh tomatoes without any preservatives.
