I’m Louise, the Tesco Specialist Fork.

With over 16 years of experience driving innovation and commercial growth in the food and FMCG sectors, I bring expertise in shaping strategy, leading category product and proposition development, and scaling purpose-led brands. I spent over a decade at Tesco, where I led strategy and innovation across multi-million-pound categories, including the development of market-leading own-label brands.

At Tesco, I was instrumental in transforming the plant-based category — launching 100+ cross-category products and building one of the UK’s most recognised own-brand ranges. I led cross-functional teams across product, commercial, and marketing, embedding a customer-first approach and setting new standards in food innovation, quality, and growth.

Today, I specialise in end-to-end product and business strategy- from identifying white-space opportunities and defining category roadmaps to aligning teams and building commercial models that balance creativity with profitability. Whether launching new brands, repositioning portfolios, or expanding into retail and foodservice, I combine sharp market insight with deep operational know-how.

Clients value my ability to connect strategy with execution- leveraging data, supplier partnerships, and cross-functional leadership to build high-performing, customer-centric propositions. If you're looking for someone who understands both the creative and commercial levers of innovation- and brings enterprise-level experience with the agility of scale-ups- I’m ready to help.
